# 1.1 Velocity does not take any responsibility for your actions.

# 1.2 Any attempt of decompiling, cracking, debugging or reverse engineering our service will lead to a permanent ban from our service under any accounts of the individual along with their inviter.

# 1.3 At any time an administrator can disable your access to our service without any given reason.

# 1.4 Velocity has the right to collect data from your computer including IP addresses, hardware specifications and software information.

# 1.5 Velocity offers a service that is limited to one system which means you can use our service only on a single machine. If your HWID has changed or there is a problem connecting to our service an administrator must be contacted.

# 1.6 Account sharing and/or selling is forbidden, any attempt of sharing or selling your account will lead to a permanent ban from our service.

# 1.7 Any data associated with the service that we find inappropriate can lead to a permanent ban.

# 2.1 The support for any of our products can end at any given time.

# 2.2 Provided software features can change at any time.

# 2.3 The Terms of Service may be changed at any time and the user will be responsible and held accountable for their actions under the newly created Terms of Service.

# 2.4 Velocity does not guarantee a 24/7 support.

# 3.1 Velocity does not give refunds for our service unless it doesn't work properly on your system. Any attempt of refunding our service will lead to a permanent ban from our service.

# 3.2 Prices can change at any given time.

# 3.3 No responsibility is taken if you purchased a product and discovered that you have no use of it.

# 3.4 Velocity is only responsible for serials, keys, and goods bought from Velocity's store or a verified seller. We don't take any responsibility for serials, keys, and goods purchased from a different store and or unknown seller.
